Look for a switch that turns on the wireless device. Also check in the connection manager if the device is active and the wireless adapter is within range.

Hi Jamiescoffee, You may want to follow the below steps to disable Microphone: (1)Right click on the speaker icon in the status bar. (2)Select Recording device. (3)Right click on Microphone array and disable it. However, if you want to enable this later on you may just right click on the same screen and select show disabled device.
