Do contact your Airtel Customer care and tell them you want to activate the GPRS. They will send you the settings file to your Inbox. After receiving it apply those settings. Switch off & on the phone once. You will be able to browse internet smoothly.

Try to delete all unwanted SMS + Clear your call log and than open TODAY tab and check Touchflow tab....Cheers

If you are talking about the security lock code to enter into the phone then once it is lost nothing can be done except flashing the mobile . Because if anybody can give the security code created then who ever who steals your phone can get into it and get your valuable information.
