Guys, you probably know, what RTFM means? Read The F****ing Manual! It says that LG KP500 or Cookie, that one with a FreeTouch technology and a Stylus Pen atached to the bottom DOES NOT SUPPORT THEMES!

i brought the new lg cookie kp500 couple of days ago , and its bin working fine til toiday it wont switch on . ive tried charging it and it says its fully charged but when i try to switch it on nothing happens . what should i do ???
If you can go to LG Service Center the only solution in your problem is to update the software of your lg cookie. Because I have done it and its working good.

PUK code For LG KP500 Cookie black
You need to call the phone company that sold you the phone card to unlock the phone.
PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.

Where can i get the firmware update for the lg cookie kp500at_v10c version. Cuz i downloaded the lg suite and it tells me the my phone is not connecting to the computer and stuff.

LG mobile uk, have now released the newest firmware for KP500 Cookie V10d, BUT with also the Flash Loader Utility Programme that has stopped many of us upgrading the mobile, I have waited 6 months!!! But as of yesterday I was able to finally install new firmware. Follow the instructions, installing software PHONE SOFTWARE UPDATE then when you install it will take you through each step and install flash programme and drivers, once these are install it will ask you to take out your battery and connect the mobile to usb and pc, this will load the flash loader with success. Then remove usb pop battery back in connect mobile with connectivity PC Suite and away you go, it took about 25 mins and i am with Vista. Hope this helps so many. hey well ive installed the lg pc suite for my phone and tried connecting it via usb but it says it was unable to connect. i have no idea what to do :S
Happened to me a few times. Try restarting your computer but leaving it plugged in so your computer already recognises what it is.
If you plug it in your computer takes 10 minutes or so figuring out what it is and whether you need to download anything additional for it to work. If you restart your computer by the time you click LG PC Suite it will have already recognised what it is and will work. If your computer has wireless settings you could try connection through bluetooth!

i added some music and pics to my new LG KP501 touchscreen phone. at first it was working fine then i added more , including to my memory card, i even tryed moving it all to my memory card, but when i clip to fully view my photos or listen to my music not, or somtimes even when im trying to get up main menu, a box pops up saying 'Maximum limit of application reached' and won't let me veiw or listen, or even change pics on contacts! help please! :S
Click the middle button and the arrow that says Running application and press "End all"..
