PUK is PIN unlocking Code which can only be provided by the service provider of you SIM card. You don't have any other option to get a PUK. When you enter 3 wrong PIN to your SIM card it will ask for PUK code which will then help you to reset the PIN with a new code. In case you accidentally enter Wrong PUK for more than 10 times it will damage your SIM and you will have to replace it.
