Your best bet would be to look up on the internet where you can find a replacement software that you can download to your phone to get it running again. This is hard to do if you do not know what you are doing, so I suggest taking it into the store. What has happened, is your phone is gone into "brick" mode, it gets this way by downloading a corrupt file, or downloading apps from the internet. Another way this can happen is when you try to root your phone, and it doesn't work properly. I would consult your phone dealer, they can offer a replacement or fix it for a small cost. You have obviously tried soft reset but have you tried hard reset?

Before you do hard reset you have to do a back up and remove the memory card. You will lose all the data on your Jasjam and the device is reverted to factory settings.
Hard reset is only useful for software related issues.

To do a hard reset
Push 2 SOFT keys and reset at the same time.

soft keys are the keys just under the screen
upper button of answer and end keys
and press reset hole

It is for sure that the RINGER has failed on the phone. Unless the phone is opened up this cannot be confirmed as it can be due to a circuit break/crack or the ringer failure. Sometimes a touch up soldering can help to solve this but attempt only if you are equipped.
