Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" of your device; that you want set-up code, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.
I have been copying vas to DVDs on funai zv427fx4. Now when I insert vas I can hear it but the screen is snowy and I can't figure out why.
The previous VHS might have had some damage to the tape. It has coated the VCR head with tape oxide and therefore needs to be cleaned. You can get a VHS head cleaning tape that will do the trick. Or you can do it manually with Servisol Video 40. You have to take off the top cover and you should see the large video head. Spray this with Servisol all over. Then leave it to dry. With the top off you can power up and try a tape. If the picture is still not clear or has a few sparkles on the picture take the tape out and repeat the clean. Never insert the tape in till it's dry. It will take less the 10 minutes to dry. If you watch the tape you can see where the tape touches the parts. You should clean these with the spray. You can use cotton buds to get into tricky areas spraying the end with the cleaner.
Clean any dust away with a paper towel or buds. If anyone in the house smokes it will take longer to clean it.
You might have to do this again in a few months time depending on how often you watch VHS video's or insert older tapes.
What board do i need to order to fix funai tv that will not cut on...lat 32 inch black friday tv
Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.
http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here. .
