Press the S2 button (middle button below the screen) and rotate the jog dial to increase the ring volume. You may have it set on zero (silent)

Changing the recorded message
If all you're looking to do is change Laura's message, walk over to her phone and dial 165 on the intercom. Log into the voice mail where she gets her messages and try different options, like maybe 5 2 or 5 1 to change the greeting?
It will play the existing greeting, let you press 1 to change it. As soon as you finish speaking, press 1 to stop recording and 2 to accept it and it's changed.

Need to change extension numbers
Guessing you mean add or change extension numbers under the buttons, since you don't "add" or change extension numbers on the phone. From your set, press program dial 99 and the button you want to program. then , dial 1+ ext number and press STORE. Do that for all the buttons you want to change then pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming.

Panasonic KX-T7433 Message Light
If there is no message and you just want to clear the light, press the message button on the bottom panel of the phone and then the button at the top under the display screen that lines up with "clear". That will turn off the message light.

Two of our outgoing lines
Find the system cabinet and unplug it. The two lines are probably conferenced together.
If you open up the cabinet door, you can also just pull the plug on the lines that are tied up. They are installed in pairs counting from the bottom to the top.

We had a phone where
Here's the free, don't look in the manual, free answer. You didn't fix anything, you set a message waiting from another phone. Either answer the other phone when you press the MESSAGE button, or dial 700 plus your extension to clear all MW lights. When you first press message, without picking up the handset, look at the display. It will tell you who, or what, left the message.
I don't know why you're using 167 as it's the 3rd set of VM ports, but the VM system needs to send out the MW indications. You can tell the system in 990 to let the VM or the phone system to cancel the MW light.

Panasonic KX T7433 - I need to change the night
It's only that simple if you have a guide to what Custom Service or greeting plays now. When the system moves from Day to Night mode, the installer assigns a menu that plays. You can change it if you know which one. If you don't get the right one, there would be 98 other custom service and 31 other Company messages that you could record to and they'll never play.

How do we make internal
By default, Panasonic numbering is 101-164 and 201-264. The Intercom gives you dial tone and you dial the 3 digit extension number. Dial 0 should ring extension 101. Normal digital phones start at 101-116 on a TD816/1232 cabinet.

MY EXTENSION DOESN'T RING FOR
JUST AS YOU'RE TOO LAZY TO USE THE SHIFT KEY AND LOSE THE CAPS LOCK KEY, I'M TOO LAZY TO LOOK UP THELINK TO A MANUAL. HOWEVER, I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU COULD GO TO THE PROGRAMMING MANUAL FOR A PANASONIC KX-TD 816/1232 AND LOOK AT DIL 1:N PROGRAM 603 AND 604. IT'S WHERE YOU SET THE EXTENSIONS THAT RING WHEN A CALL COMES IN.

From the idle phone press PROGRAM 99 and the button you messed up. Line numbers are programmed with a 0 in front of it, so if it was line 5 you dial 005 and STORE. Back to a line button :-)

There isn't a magic program to do that. The codes 781 782 on the intercom can be programmed under TWO buttons for DAY and NIGHT, or you possibly could program one button to dial 78 and you manually dial 1 or 2, but only the DSS console can be programmed for single button D/N switching.
