How can I add extension numbers?
Put in a comma in between the main telephone number and the extension, and then also put in the abbreviation Ext. Before the extension number.

How to change the incomming ring tone on panasonic kx-t7630
Oh hell... you must be going nuts if its the ring tone I think you're stuck with. I loath the manual that comes with this system so here it is in English:
- Press 'Prog'
- Press 'Intercom' twice
- Now you can either go through the different ring tones by pressing 'SEL' on the LCD screen or using the Up and Down keys on the circular pad on the bottom right of the phone.
- Once you have the tone you like click on 'Enter'
- Pick up handset and hangup to complete the process.

Enabling a extension to ring on night mode
We may need to know the exact system you are using and the model of phone.
Also we will need to know the group number the system is using for night mode. Normally group number 601 is day and 602 is night. If you call 602 that would ring the phones currently in night. Also you can try calling at night and watch the screen of the phone that rings if its a smaller screen phone press the info button while its ringing and one of the options will show the night ring group number as well.
Respond to this and I can further help.

Internet phone
Optical fiber is just a transmission medium just like the copper, you should not worry about your phone, if everything goes well it should be working better than ever with high speed data capability as a plus, just think of the optical fiber as your ordinary cable but is made of glass instead of copper.

Lost the time and date line in the display
Unplug the phone, wait one minute, then plug it back in and see if the display comes back on. Press the program button, press 22 on the dial pad, press program button again ( if the phone is ringing on the incoming call and not just flashing).
