I have a Hercules "unbreakable" helicopter that shows that"shut down" sympton when the battery is low. I assume it does that to prevent the battery completely dying while in flight.

This type of helicopter uses a fixed pitch blade. Have you recently replaced one or all the blades? If the blades are correctly positioned then once the motor comes to speed, the pitch of the blade creates enough lift to overcome the force of gravity. The problem you're having can only be that the motor is not coming to speed or the blades have been replaced but the pitch is now at the wrong angle.

The track worked great for the first month and my son loved it. Then one controller went bad and wouldn't supply any power to the track when the trick was pressed. Then other sections of the track started loosing power for some reason. This makes the entire track completely un-usable as the cars can get enough power to go around the loop.. All the railing constantly fall off and you have to re-attach it. This is very cheap quality and I am disappointed.

Other hydraulic functions work so it won't be a lack of pressure - likely to be a control issue though not necessarily a lack of supply through the valve. If the tilt ram is a single double-action type of ram one side must be exhausted in order to move when pressure is applied to the other end. If the oil can't be exhausted from the lazy end it won't matter how much pressure is applied to the other end.

Make sure the battery is connected and the Helicopter and remote are both turned on on the same channel. Antenna is secure and extended.
