Contact your service provider...they will have the PAssword and then you can change the passwords.. but they usually give that password only to managers or supervisors otherwise every one will mis use it.

press fwd/dnd button

press sel (or auto answer/mute button) to change am/pm
press store (or auto dial/store)
press end (or hold button)
press spkr phn button or pick up hand set and hang up to leave programming mode.

This is a giant guess because you may have a different system. Try dialing 7105 165 # from the intercom and try having someone call you.

If you have a Panasonic voice mail system, that's the code for call forward busy/no answer.

Since a 7456 is a phone for the Panasonic KXTD digital phone system, what are you plugging it into? It requires at the least, a TD-308/816/1232 KSU in front of it.
