For the FurReal pony full size? It would do you no good; Hasbro does not make them, has ZERO inventory of ANY parts, and most of the time, you need to be innovative and/or creative. What parts do you need?

Hey, are you sure you are applying enough pressure in the pony's back? It needs to compress fully in order for the 'Riding mode' to activate.

Hey, the blue and grey wire under the neck fur does not connect to anywhere. It was likely a debug port while Hasbro was testing the ponies. You can try moving the ear by hand when it's supposed to move but it is likely broken inside the head and would need a lot of work to repair.

Can you elaborate? Is is corroded? If so you can clean it yourself and scrape off any rust or corrosion, just don't forget to wash your hands afterwards.

The Furreal Butterscotch pony is operated by 6 D sized batteries. To replace them open the velcro on her belly and loosen the screw holding the battery compartment. You can then replace the batteries and turn the pony on after repeating the procedure backwards.
