Well, first of all try to reset your phone as to the factory setting.... goto the menu and reset it. If further you have the same problem then call to you phone company only they can helps you on this matter.

I don't exactly see the question in this, but the TD system has FOUR manuals in the set IM, UG, FG and PG. The Installation Manual covers the hardware and how to install it, the Programming Guide gives the commands for programming the system from the main display phone, the Features Guide describes the features, and the User's Manual that you plsted tells how to use the features.

In addition, there's also an Installers software set and a few addendums for integration to voice mail.

I am not sure exactly about this phone, I am thinking there should be an info button or soft key under the LCD that will cycle through the ext name, date/time/mode. If there is not let me know.

Call your phone company.. They should be able to assist you and tell what additional equipment, if any, you will need to have this.

or it will have to be reset... (default is 1-2-3-4)

I believe you push the CO button, of the call you want to keep! (you have to remember which call is which!!

This is just the quick answer and may not be exact. System program 203 is the intercept time. It's probably set by default to 40 seconds. A ring cycle is about 6 seconds. Try adjusting that down to, say, 20 seconds and see if that works. I have your exact setup in my office, but I'm not in my office for the rest of today. I may get a chance to play with the timing on Saturday.

It sounds like the phone system base station is burned out.

Press the mute button to turn mute off.

I don't think that is possible on that model of phone. This is a phone with only the basic features and a fixed ringtone.
