We have no reference books here at FixYa to look this up. That said please contact the manufacturer or go to a local Radio Shack electronics store to see if one of the universal chargers they sell will work. They have chargers that work with a wide range of consumer electronic goods.

Disassemble the flashlight.
Take the bulb out and take it to your local auto parts place and they will be able to give you the bulb that you need.
It will probably be a 55/60 or just a straight 55 or 60 watt.
The higher the wattage the brighter the light, but the less time it can burn at that setting.

Baccus just bought Vector from Black & Decker (Sept. 2010)
Looks like flashlight model # VEC 139BW but a different color. (Mine is White w/blue trim.) There is a battery in the top & one in the bottom, replace them at the same time. If I can find several battery stores in Buffalo you should be able to find a local battery store there.

If it is the 12 volt model, you can use the bulbs for Makita or Dewalt rechargeable lights. Any good hardware store should be able to get you one if you take out the bulb and show it to them though. Good hunting:)

You can get the bulbs fron Black and Decker, they service and repair all Vector products.since they were bought out in 2006. www.dewaltservicenet.com You could also have a defective battery or charger, it should take about 10-12 hours to fully charge.

Hello! I have a marinepro, 12-volt, 3 million candle power spotlight (mpn #MPAT-996). I found out that the manufacturer is RoadPro (866) 622-7979. After contacting them, they said the replacement bulb is an "H3 12v (volt) 100w (watt) and can be found in the Walmart camping section or should be available at any car parts store. I'm going to go to Walmart to find mine. Hope this helps others!

You should charge it for at least 10-12 hours, but not any more than that or you will overcharge the battery.

I went to ACE Hardware and the sales person their figured it out. After testing the bulbs, which were fine, we narrowed it down to the trigger on the cpistol grip. It turned out that there is a cover over the trigger that must be lifted before the trigger can fully engage.

While it could be the battery, it could also be the internal charger in the spotlight. When you plug it in, it bypasses the charger and uses the connected power. However, it is likely just a bad battery. The batteries only last 3 years in an ideal setting and since these lights are typically only used certain times of the year, the batteries discharge and go bad. If its the right charger, and connected correctly, then it is probably just time to replace the battery. Try checking out http://www.batteryinternational.com/flashlight-batteries-streamlite---maglite.html for a replacement flashlight battery. Also, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by saying the charger is putting out 13.7 volts, but make sure you aren't using a charger that is too powerful, that can destroy the battery.
