try taking the plunger off the fuel shutoff solenoid on the bottom of the carb

can you rotate the engine by hand?try and bypass wiring and jump at the starter if ok they bypassing the safety switches and bypassing each battery cable

look to see if you knocked off a wire from the safety switch

check the needle valve and seat for sealing

i'm thinking you need to change a tire they get stuck so bad you need to cut them off so i just started to change the tire right on the mowers just jack up the one side and pry the tire off the bead then take it off the outer side
