Yes a technician with a programmer can set the control very slow so it is limited on how fast it can go. Otherwise the joystick is meant to be adjustable, so setting it to one speed only not possible.

Candy Apple paint is extremely hard to patch repair. It has a base coat of silver or gold and then multi coats of the candy apple over the top.
You can get a paint that is meant to be a touch up for candy apple but you never end up with the same shade of color. Most of the time it will come out dark blood red anywhere that it over laps the old paint.
I would contact Pride as they may use a paint that does not require a base coat.

Check you're freewheel lever if its in freewheel u have to take the key out engage lever & put key back in. Also if u have left the key on for more than twenty minutes the circuit will shut down only the light will work. take key out for 5 minutes then put it back it should work unless it's another problem good luck

Battery connections?

Pride Mobility... | Answered on Jun 21, 2015

Your jazzy chair should have 2 levers. There is a lever for each wheel. if the other wheel does not have the lever, then you are missing the lever that would release the wheel. Have a local tech look at it and they may be able to get the parts needed to release the other wheel.

At the bottom of the two metal posts you should see a metal piece that you press in and the headrest should slide upwards...

sounds like you are sitting on some of the wiring or connectors, take it apart like you did to fit batteries and check there are no wires shorting out or connector is being squashed, check as you put it back together, you should sort it that way. the error code should be:

9 BARS: The parking brakes have a bad connection or have a failed solenoid, or any lever or switches that disconnect drive for pushing the chair manually may be pulled or switched.

so check these wires and connectors closely first.
but please note that with out the make and model the error code is the most lightly posability.

Could be brake seizing up. Motor brushes need looking at or something rubbing on tires/tire air pressure low.
