The wide blade is neutral (typically silver) the narrower one is Phase (copper colored), Green is earth, connected to chassis. If that is correct check for a broken neutral wire.

More information is needed. What does the manual say you need? With out the necessary details needed to help I would assume it is 220V. Run a 4 conductor cable. It would have two phases (115 to neutral each) a neutral wire, and a earth wire which is connected to the cabinet. If this is confusing you best get an electrician to do it for you. If you mess up you could cause your facility to go up in smoke.

There is no simple answer. Too many questions unanswered. Where is the feed? Where is the point?(switched wire going to fixture), is it a dimmer or a 3-way switch? etc....Hire an electrician or a good handyman.

Seems that way. Sometimes circuit breakers will age and just pop without cause. Of course, if you have some short inside that will be responsible for the breaker opening as intended.

With 2, 3 and 4 switches. Be aware you need 2 W switches The K switches are different. For you the two wires running between the switches, go on the same points. on the W1 the power comes in on W2 the power goes to the lamp. From the lamp, the return goes to the mains. So the return is not in the picture. You can't extend an existing switch with a second one. You need two new complete different switches.

for the most part it's a simple system, that requires three wires, one Hot or Common wire, and two traveler wires,
On one end of the three way the common is the light or wire that goes to the light, two travelers to the next three way switch that usually has power as the common wire... hope this helps?

At a home improvement store I purchased a book on electrical wiring. It had diagrams and the info you need. Don't try and do wiring unless you can read and follow directions from a manual, or get hands on help from someone that is experienced in electrical circuits. Conversational directions are not sufficient, unless you are a very capable do it yourselfer.
