How to open to repair Woods 24 Hour Digital Outdoor Timer with Photocell Mfr # 13660

1) Copy following link to identify timer, and select replacement if needed.http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#20012) There is no reset button on this type of timer.Nor is there a repair manual for $16 timers.Generally people buy another timer since the timing chips and parts are delicate, easily damaged by power surge, and often quit working before 1 year warranty expires, and usually last a few years before no longer functioning. The photoeye sensor is often a failure point.3) Check outlet for 80% rated voltage.Check timer on different outlet.Use circuit analyzer and test outlet for correct polarity and grounding.Test and replace GFCI outlets as needed. Timer is not identified. Problem is not clear.
Add a comment with clear description of product, and say what you have done to set timer.
What do you plug-in to make lights work?

Question is posted under Woods dawn-dusk timer that turns ON automatically at dusk, and then turns OFF 2 4 6 or 8 hours later:
Many different timer-brands work in same manner.
