what is next to base unit is there anything electrical that might interfere with it. computers, microwaves , ect .?

It is the best of it's kind.. And it works flawlessly with my device Samsung J7... Only one problem. The shortcut feature always interfere with gallery, keyboard and few games.. But yes I admire LEO Privacy's designing and programming... LEO Privacy Applock Hide Safe Android Apps on Google Play

If you go into the menu of your phone you will find a section regarding calls made, received, etc and provisions are there for deleting single or all calls from whatever category.

try to reduce the number of ring before the voice mail pick up. if it setup on 6, reduce it to 4 sound.

1. Place the handset in the base.
2. Unplug the AC power adapter from the telephone base.
3. Disconnect all the telephone lines from the telephone base.
4. Allow the telephone base to remain without power for 1 minute.
5. Connect all the telephone lines to the telephone base.
6. Plug the AC power adapter back into the telephone base.

For the base station set the ringer switch on the base from high to low. To turn it off select off. You can find that switch on the panel where the phone plugs into the wall on the far left. The handset is adjusted the same way on the leftside as you are looking at the phone.
