The promblem happened to me aswell. Eject ur memory card and switch off the phone and then insert the card again and hopefully it would work m8.

The thing is, you need to replace the screen, The back light is a different function from the display function that is why even when the backlight is off you can still see the display when there is enough light around, as is day time. The screen can nolonger display. You need to change it. But first they should check if it has lost firm connection.

Please inform which mobile phone are you using?
The video player may not detect the file type of the video file.
you can install other video players softwares to run videos with different file types.
It is also possible that the video size is to big and not compatible to run.

the song might be 2 big you should try to shortin the length

Everytime i switch my mobile phone it says no network coverage and again it says Inactive sim.

you need to install the firmware again. Check out sony website for easy guidance. You should use PC Suite software to install again.
