Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. dont,t you use of task manager after finish the every game, gps, and other programs?

in the other hand the battery of your device may be leaked .

i suggest you to exercise your ppc by an other battery " ie" your friend ppc and see the result

then try to replace the battery with new one.
