Your "Flapper Valve" is leaking water by....Replace it.
The flapper valve is the one that the handle is attached to....normally attached to the overflow pipe.

If the toilet does not sit fully on the floor then it will need to be shimmed. Use plastic, fiberglass or composite shims to level the toilet. Wood shims will rot. Caulk around the front and sides of the toilet to hide the shims. Do not caulk around the back as if the toilet leaks you will not be able to tell if it is fully caulked. Epoxying the flange will work however you will want to check with local building codes to ensure this is compliant.

Unless there is something unusual about the seat you should be able to buy a standard replacement seat at Home Depot or Lowes. They come in round and elongated and there are a number of styles available. Measure the distance between the center of the mounting bolt holes and match with the display to see if they will work.

Raise the level of the water. The dual flush water levels are minimal by design, but need the full flush volume of water. There should be a level line inside the tank, go about a 1/2" above.

Test the switch for the pump. If it is OK, then replace the control board.

turn the shut off valve under neith the sink counter clock wise. this shuts off the water. Then take the stem off. This is what the handle fits on to. Then write down any words on any part of the faucet. Then Take the broken handle and stem which usually unscrews and what you wrote down( the brand of faucet to home depot) and ask the plumbing specialist. Go any where from 10am till400pm thats the best time to get a plumbing specialist

At a guess either the shower head has become clogged/calcified or the piping inside the shower has become so.This means that water stays in the system too long, becomes over heated and the failsafe cut off activates.Try cleaning or replacing the shower head.
