I would like acquire all

Hello, Rdouglasv - Fixya.com does provide some repair and service manuals for a variety of items, but they are available because Fixya.com volunteers have uploaded those manuals for others to retrieve for free via Fixya. Fixya.com does not sell any maintenance / repair / service manuals. I did find a few web sites which sell some Ingersoll Rand repair / service manuals: http://industrialmanuals.com/ingersoll-rand-m-66.php and: https://airtoolpro.com/ingersoll-rand-service-documents/ You will find Ingersoll-Rand manuals to download for free here: http://powertool.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/ingersollrand/ingersollrand_air_compressor_product_list.html Note: The manuals are PDF documents and Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free) will be needed. Best wishes.

Ingersoll Rand Air compressor loosing pressure

sounds like you have a problem with the discharge valve on the secondary cylinder, some I.R. pumps rely on the cylinder head valves to hold back tank pressure when the pump comes to a stop. the line down to the crankcase in front of the crank is a unloader valve that dumps the air pressure inside the pump to allow the next restart. I think that once you drain the tank and remove that cylinder head you will find a defective valve in the head.

My air compressor show continusly the alarm NO CONTROL POWER

No Control power is often caused by high airend temp or a faulty High AirTemp. switch(IATS Switch i.e High Air Temperature Switch). I suspect the IATS switch is bad and opening prematurely/coolent level not suffecent or bad filter condition because the att. temp. probe located next to the switch is set to give a temp alarm and shut down the compressor at 228 degrees. The hat switch is located in the end of the airend and should have a 1/2 " flex conduit attached to it. When this switch opens it cuts control power and series to emergentcy switch having two NC connection but if press emergency it gives alram emergency but if you remove cable 36 inintellisys control pannel. Thus the controller issues a No control power . This switch is set to open at 245 degrees. If faulty it may open at 150, 180, 200. Anything but what it is set at. You can check this switch with a meter. When the unit trips simply test for 110 volts at the switch or in the control panel if familiar with wiring . please be very careful while in any electrical panel.. 110 volts in, 110 volts out. NO 110 volts out or on one leg of the switch means its bad and should be replaced. After it cools for a while the compressor will run again.

Wire size

I used to know all this stuff, the hardware store has a gauge guide to show you the correct size, i would guess that 8 would be ok, 10 would probably do it, hope this is right.
