Check the owners manual, a lot of pocket bikes have different size spark plugs.

I am assuming both are air cooled. On that note over heating could be an issue, just b sure to have a shaddy spot to set them when not in use, and the next BIGGY is clogging your air filters. If your out tooling arround without one on em, get em and if you got em buy spares

The best way is to twist the high speed screw in all the way (do NOT jamb it in - gently screw until it wants to stop), then back it out 1.75 revolutions. Start the motor, and run it under load. Stop, lean it out some by screwing in the mixture screw in 1/4 turn. Try it. If it gets better, repeat until it gets worse and then go back one step. That should be the setting. The same if you chose to richen the mixture by turning the mixture screw OUT 1/4 turn. Repeat and follow the above directions. Going one way or the other is a guess at first, and you hone in for the best performance. For the idle screw, just piddle with it until it sounds good at idle. You should start out at 1.5 turns from closed.

i had the same problem on my scooter. I used tweezers to pull the key out and then i took the bottom portion of the key to ACE hardware store. They didnt think they could remake the key but the guy i worked with was awesome. he cut the new key and it started my scooter. worked perfectly and it only cost $2.50 !!!

Not that critical. If it broke, I'm betting it was the insulator, (the white porcelin part), if I am correct, continue removing the plug, and take to a parts store...NAPA, Auto Zone, Advance, etc, the critical part is not the part that broke, but rather the length and diameter of the threads.

You say it is pull start ... is there a battery in the machine? If it is pull start, I dont understand your question ... If it is pull start, it makes its own electricity through a magneto arrangement.

This is a common problem with chinese atvs. I installed a toggle switch on the positive wire from the battery. When my daughter is finished riding, I simply flip the switch and all power to the bike is killed, preserving the battery.

take out spark plug and lead,put plug in vice,now pull card,by plug being in vice you should get a good earth for a spark

test all connections,for strength by bending them

have the fuel injection system cleaned if you have one. by putting a fluid such as a clearant for it specifically for the fuel injection and follow the instructions on the bottle. get new filters for everything. if it still fails to stay on, you may need a new o2 senser wich is an oxygen senser that tells the if the gas is to oxygenated or not and tries to solve it. otherwise go to a mechanic if you can get it over there by having a friend tow it for you there with you havuing it in neutral so it rolls along.

hi remove the spark plug and pour a tea spoon of fuel into where the spark plug goes then put the spark plug back and try that

check to see if your needle is stuck or seat has become dirty, possibly try changin your spark plug

A lot of people don't even bother trying to fix a recoil because they don't cost much to replace. maybe $10. but if you try make sure you don't let that coil unwrap or you will have a lot worse problems then just the string :p

If you can successfully get the cover off without allowing the coil to come loose then simply just wrap the string back up.
