Hi i have a vocalist live 3.. my harmony

To the guy with the vocalist live 3. You need to change the FS (footswitch) setting under setup. It toggles between a true switch and working only when you hold it down.

Repair

I'm not sure what happened to yours, but my girlfriends cat puked a big hairball on mine, and there was dried liquid on the outside and around the edges of the top metal plate. I decided to take it apart and see if it needed internal cleaning, but I wasn't sure where to start removing screws. I assumed that the silver hex socket bolts on the top metal plate would allow me to lift the plate, but that was wrong. What it did instead was to allow all of the buttons to start falling out of their holes, and then, it can't be removed due to four bolts under the foot pedals. Instead, remove the four (4) screws on the back, and the twelve (12) black screws on the bottom, and the top and bottom parts of the unit will come apart. [The side panels can only be removed by removing the side pedal, and then the silver hex socket bolts along that side, but you should never really need to do this. I'm stating this only as a fact because I partially broke one of mine]. In my case, there was only a small amount of liquid that had penetrated to the interior. Once I was inside the unit, I was able to remove a PCB and reinstall the buttons in their respective holes. It wasn't easy, and I had to use cellophane tape to hold to Phantom Power and Stereo/Mono buttons in place, but I got it done.

Vocalist Live 4

U.S and Canada: 20 VAC, 60 Hz Adapter: PS093B-20 Japan: 00 VAC, 50/60 Hz Adapter: PS093B-00 Europe: 230 VAC, 50 Hz Adapter: PS093B-230 UK: 240 VAC, 50 Hz Adapter: PS093B-240 Power adapter requirement straight from the user manual. I am sure you are aware that a simple plug adapter in a tourist shop does nothing to convert 120v US to 240v AUS. Note you unit does not like temperatures above 40C. And you can get that in Australia. Bear in mind the timezone difference if you try Digitech support in the US. DIGITECH VOCALIST LIVE 4 Owner Manual Page 36

Press the power button repeatedly as you turn it on to set the snooze mode, or change back to perpetually on.

My digitech 4 harmoniser is cutting out, have sent for a new power supply adaptor to see if this is problem any other ideas?

Most likely it is the power supply, but if you have a unit that uses the same voltage, you may want to try it. Another possibility would be the power input jack or where it is soldered to the board. If you're not comfortable working on those elements and the PS doesn't work out, take it to the shop.

I need to output guitar and vocal separately

Hi there. Use the "pan" pots to assign the guitar to left channel and all other pans to right channel. Also, turn all effects off or down all the way. (Effects return all the way down.
Thanks

No mic coming though on vocalist live 4

Sounds like the mic you are using requires "Phantom Power." This means, you will likely have to purchase an external unit for this power (+48V) power to the unit. I use a Behringer Ultra-Voice Pro for mine. Works great!! You can find these on Ebay at a steal!

Does anyone have schematics for (any) vocal harmonizers.

The circuitry is quite complex inside these units and-so If it's a broken wire then MAYBE you could repair it, but if it's one of the multitude of 10 to 40 pinned surface-mounted IC's...well, good luck.

I have a digi tech

Check to make sure the output jack has not broken away from the circuit board. If not it may have to go back to Digitech.
