Can be this use for handpiece?

probably, except we have no idea what 'this' is and what you want to use it for. 'make model (what is it) in all questions please, with a question and some sort of explanation. "I have a Nortel 1006B Desk Phone and wonder if I can use the handpiece on my Cobra CBX-20, CB radio as a microphone"?

How to clear all blocked calls from my KX-TG7871

To clear all blocked calls from your Panasonic KX-TG7871 phone, follow these steps:

We are FIXYA, this type of information can only be obtained from the last employee or the IT Department who can reset it. These tasks are done via the server unit for the telephone system and can usually be done remotely. Please always include 'make model (what it is)' of the equipment. You can Google 'make model reset user ID'.

How do you delete Call Waiting please?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Computers with a guess at Lands Phone. Full 'make model (what it is)' in all questions please. To turn off Call Waiting during a call:
  1. Press and release the hang-up switch (or FLASH key) to put your call on hold.
  2. Listen for three brief tones, then the normal dial tone. Press *70.
  3. Press and release the hang-up switch (or FLASH key) again to continue your original call.
