HI
Scooter is on charge full
well it could be that you overcharged the batteries. You should not leave the scooter on the charger full time. you should charge the scooter nightly while you sleep unplug from the charger when you get up in the morning. the charger should not be on the scooter more than 12 hours per day and that rare. Whenever you have a red and green light on the charger the scooter is fully charged and can be unplugged. Always put it up fully charged and then charge after each use. Your batteries need to be replaced and charge the new ones before use then charge overnight each day that you use the scooter. If you don't use it for a few days you should still be fully charged than charge after use Hope this helps
Won`t Drive
Hi, you only need to remove the black caps and replace the brushes if required , but you may find that the brushes are not the source of the problem sadly...

Charging batteries
Hi, you really need to keep those batteries above 10c, minus 30 will freeze the contents, the battery will need to be thawed out before use* ( *Electric mobility advice). You will need to have a heated blanket that can safely be used outdoors otherwise you will always have problems with the batteries... Sorry but the cold kills batteries or battery power very quickly because they cannot transfer charge well.Regards
Motor stopped dead during slow
Hi roybruce
Sounds exactly like a brake problem.
To check this run the scooter as far as it will go untill it shuts down or 10 minutes which ever occurs first.
Then being careful not to get burned touch very carefully with your finger the brake. Located at the end of your motor attached to the free wheel lever.
This could be very hot so be careful.
If the brake or motor is hot replace the brake. If the brake is cool to the touch you could have low voltage. Have your batteries load tested to make sure. Replace batteries if needed.
Good Luck
Tim
