1. With the VSI powered on, press and hold the on/off key. After one (1) second, the VSI should beep.
2. Release the on/off key.
3. Push the joystick to the full forward position until the VSI beeps.
4. Pull the joystick to the full rearward position until the VSI beeps.
5. Release the joystick. There should be a long beep.
6. The VSI is now locked.
To unlock the VSI:
1. Press the on/off key and power on the VSI. The maximum speed/profile indicator should ripple side to side.

NO manufacturer has an assembly guide as all the chairs are shipped assembled, or mostly assembled. Most have battery replacement guides and other minor issue stuff, but nothing to take the chair fro womb to tomb.

Did you cross your connectors? Is the joystick gimbal backwards?

I need to know how many blinks you are getting ie 4 blinks pause 4 blinks pause etc. If you can count the number of blinks between pauses then we can figure out what the error is. Hope this helps

hi buddy take the wheel off and the axle and knock the bearings out in the middle these have gone replace these just simply bang them out with a screw driver and when you replace bang them on with a hammer or use the axle to put them in but make sure you dont damage the new ones

Leave it plugged in for 2 days. It'll probably begin charging by then. If not,check connections. At the battery and the line.
