Inverter Vector 400-Watt Power - Page 7 Questions & Answers
Everbilt SUP54HD pump will it run on an inverter which is 500 watts cont. , 1000watt surge rated ?
you have to know the wattage of the pump motor to get that answer
if the wattage of the motor is 750 watts then --no-- as the continuous current draw is more than the 500 watt continuous allowed from the inverter
when an electric motor starts there is always a high current draw ( surge ) and that is why there is a surge rating for the inverter but that surge is for a second or less so the components of the inverter will handle it but they will over heat and fail if run for longer above the 500 watt rating
it best if the pump rating is around 85% of the inverter rating so if it is more , then get a bigger inverter

Overloaded inverter will not power up
Have you checked the voltage going to the inverter? Sounds like you may have exceeded the load that he inverter can handle but not enough information to confirm that from this end. You mention "plugged into my van battery", possibly you have this plugged into your Cigar Lighter? Mega fuses are usually really high amperage fuses, much more than the inverter could blow and save the inverter. The fuse should be matched to the load and about 50% higher. If the device is rated at 10 amps, a 15 amp fuse will provide protection where a mega with 500 amps will act like no fuse at all to the inverter.

How to change the parameter of inverter
H.I.M. modules are usually used to access parameters as well as PC software. If it just has and LED display then you might do it there. What brand and model is it? I will gladly help find documentation.

I have 3000 w inverter now when I turn on its saying olb and fans on back side one
Make & Model? A troubleshooting Hint: Remove & unplug everything from the AC outlet(s), still have the OLP error code? Note: Some 3000W Inverters have two inverter circuits operating in parallel, if one circuit blows its internal fuses maybe its only work on one circuit ? Usually there are a number of 25A car fuse (Qty 8) in parallel for each inverter circuit.
Unless it was overloaded momentarily there should be no reason for the fuses to blow under normal working conditions. That means highly likely they may have blown due to circuit fault.

Sloar inverter is saying grid fault what should I do
most inverters will not work unless there is grid voltage ( utility power supply) to turn the inverter on
if it is saying grid fault that indicates a power line in problem and no external power supply
contact your power company as there could be a black out in your area or maintenance work being done
if not the case call an electrician

Kisae inverter 2000 W sine wave
Hello Adam Colson,
Welcome.
Thank you for your entry... I took the liberty of moving it (?) from refrigerator/freezers... because it only says "GFI" .
If your entry is wondering if your True Sine Wave Power INVERTER ... Is about compatibility with Ground Fault Interrupters (GFI/GFCI) the answer is MOST LIKELY NOT compatible.
Predominant reason could be the world still uses DEFROST TIMERS... which have only 4 terminals and 5 power applications (clock motor: one of which usually ends on an internally shown ground). In no way dangerous... but certainly an OPERATIONAL
trigger for your GFI.
Hope this helps... ELSE comment me back
(but I won't EVER tell you to disable a GFI:
They are vastly superior to older safety systems).
I'll be here again tomorrow (unless it rains)

How do i fix my su-kam 2.4kva inverter that stopped charging the batteries?
A 2.4 Kw inverter is serious equipment costing quite a lot of cash - rather too much cash to take a chance with. The very fact you have to ask how to fix it means you probably shouldn't touch it but should entrust the repair to a properly insured professional.
I suggest you check the literature provided or visit the manufacturer's website for advice, make whatever checks you can regarding external connections and wiring and then find a repairer.
