Hi there! 3G should automatically be on. But, I am going to assume you are talking about being able to access web pages and email on the go, without WiFi, which is called Data. 1. There might be a setting to turn on data in the settings 2. Your phone service from your provider might not have any Data included which is something extra you need to pay for. Double-check that. Hello, This sounds like a complete device failure. Please contact your mobile provider for instructions, before telling them that your device is no longer working ask about getting insurance on it. If you are able to get insurance for the device you will be able to have it replaced with a new one. If you choose to go this route, do not under any circumstances tell your provider that the device is broken, or they will not allow you to subscribe to insurance. Thanks, Dish Guy
