No power

Check the wiring connection. The merrets can come loose and you then loose power. Turn off power first, if this is the case, make sure you tape them up.

Water sitting on the bottom of the dishwasher

disconnect it from you drain and put it into a bucket. Then start a program and then cancel it, the begining should start with a drain anyway. Then you will see if any water comes out. You can also take a shop vac after to get the water out to see if there is any stuck there.

Bosch 5300 Dishwasher

This sounds like a thermal stop as well. The unit wants to get up to a final rinse tempurature but can't reach it so just keeps going. If you have an amp probe you can check to see if the heater is coming on in the final rinse. If it is not, could be the thermistor of even the heater.

Shu5312uc bosch dishwasher

Since water doesn't drain out,it could be a clog in the drain line. Often the problem is at the point where the drain line attaches to the garbage disposer or household drain line. You should remove this line and clear it form any debris in the hose or the hose connection. Be sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher again. Good luck!
