I packed the dishwasher, switched it on the water
Hi.
Its possible that water is entering the base of the machine below the washing chamber and therefore the machine thinks it is flooding so it tries to drain continuously and will not let the wash pump come on.
There are a lot of reasons why the base could be flooding ranging from a blocked delivery pipe to a faulty inlet valve.
Pull the machine forward. Remove left hand side cover and look into the base of the machine. If water is found then it is leaking there from somewhere. Then the fun begins finding how its getting there.
Might be a Technician job from there on.
