Not recommended, tilt washer backwards, and work spring on with your fingers, slowly going round the inner lip of the seal, it helps if you can get someone to help by holding the spring in place as you work your round the seal.

pull back door seal lip as far as it will go and you will find grey scum underneath this will stain your laundry during wash need to manually wipe out and put on 90 degree wash with biological detergent anything less wont touch it.
This is one of 3 faults
1 you may have a problem with the heating cycle check
element
2 you might have a water valve not working
3 there may be a program fault
These videos on how to change an element and water valve will help
Make sure you hace a 13 amp fuse fitted in plug.
Could be a faulty heater element.
Locate heater, remove connections to heater and try without the
heater.
If it still blows, then could be a faulty motor, unplug motro, and try again.
Hope this helps.
When the machine is on, but not running, press and hold the "pre-wash" button. After a few seconds it will begin that beep noise, keep holding it in until the beep volume goes down and finally stops completely (5-10 secs). Once the beep has stopped, release the button and voila, no more annoying beeps at the end of your cycle.
To restore the end of cycle notification (beep) do the same thing as described above, but release the button earlier while the beep is still going.
If you do not put your exit hose into it, your machine will not work. Do not seal it, there should be air; neither should it fall off during the wash. That height is mandatory for front loaders.Pl click if helped. This help is free, doing it for fun.
Your washer is in the
"child lock" mode, hence it won't allow any program. Press the "menu" button until you
see "CHILD LOCK :ON" appear in the display. If nothing is pressed within 10 seconds.following
this the menu will close and it will default to program in the display. Once you see that in the display, press the
"select" button until "CHILD LOCK :OFF" appears in the
display. Finally by pressing the
start/pause button the key symbol should disappear - confirming you have
successfully exited the child lock program.
I'm not an expert. I just had the same error (on a Bosch Maxx 6) and fixed it by chance. My area has a lot of debris in the water supply, and it turns out that the small filter in the hose connected to the water supply was completely clogged up. You can either replace this filter, or clean it as outlined below. Here are the steps to cleaning it:1) Unplug washer2) Turn of the water supply, either by a turning the handle to the washing machine water supply or by turning of the water main.3) unscrew both ends of the water supply hose4) Screw the washing machine end of the water hose into the water supply outlet5) On the other end of the hose, there is a small filter. Hold this in place with the tip of your finger, and turn on the water supply for a few seconds, while keeping the free end of the hose in a bucket. This will flush water through the filter in reverse, thereby cleaning it. Do NOT reverse water flow with one end still attached to the washer machine, as this will flush all the debris into your machine!6) Turn of the water supply, unscrew the water hose, and reconnect both ends as specified by the manufacturer.Hope that helps!-Dennis
I give you several alternatives, sort out thru the easiest: Note your brand and model. Check on YouTube for change of motor brushes. Then disconnect your motor and check your brushes; follow noting how you dis-assemble so you can re-assemble easier. If your brushes are less than half an inch long get new brushes (thru this very site Fixya) and refit; actually this is quite easy. The spin has a lot to do with worn motor brushes. Manufactures want you to dump machines and buy; it helps them all. Not you - you shell out bucks. If you have already cleaned out your filter, which is usually just under the tub (be prepared for a lot of water; and disconnect from the wall power socket), your washer still may not spin. So look into next para below. The tech sheet is usually taped to the body of the washer inside somewhere.Note your brand and model. Check on YouTube for change of motor brushes. Check the motor housing for an overload button, usually on the back and coloured black or red. Give it a push and if it clicks then the motor might have just been overloaded and shut itself off. There is a big connector located at the motor - giving power to the motor (located under the tub) to the right side, could be loose. Disconnect the connector and refit to make sure it is tight. Before refitting the back, etc, try the spin alone; if it works you are done.Click if helped pl, at my solution.
