F37 is because of operating the unit below specified temperatures.

Pressing the temperature button twice shows a snowflake and sets a defrost function.

Pull the dispenser drawer out until stops then push the locking tab down the pull the dispenser drawer out completely. Lift the fabric softener and bleach compartment insert and you'll see the tubes both on the insert and the drawer. It is in these tubes where the fabric softener is being dispensed through by siphoning action. Clean both tubes and make sure they are aligned properly when reinstalling and the end of the tubes on the insert are not touching the drawer.

At the bottom of the drawer is the conveyor which guides the fabric softener and the bleach to the dispenser outlet. Clean the conveyor and the dispenser drawer cavity to make sure the dispenser outlet is not clogged.

Hi, It sounds like you have the two water pipes fitting on the wrong connectors on the back of the machine.

IE: The hot water pipe (RED connector) on the cold water inlet on the back of the machine (BLUE connector)

Is should be red to red and blue to blue.

Todays washers are built with a sensor that detects uneven, out of balance loads.and over loading.
On the other hand it is no good trying to spin a single srticle on its own, as it will detaec out of balance load, and will not spin, there has to be a least 2 or more articles in for it to spin.
Another thing to check is that the washer is perfectly level, back to front and side to side.
Make sure the filter is clean.
