This probably means that there is still water in the machine which has not been pumped out.Bosch machines usually have a tube or valve or something at the front behind a little cover, which you can use to get the water out.

On the face of the top left corner you will see a BOSCH Axxis symbol. Pull that drawer out and that is where the detergents go.If you need the manual, send me an email to [email protected] and I will send it to you.

The detergent dispenser draw where you put in the detergent has 3 sections.The compartment on the far right is for soaking agents. The compartment on the far left is for wash and stain removers (like bleach). The middle compartment is for fabric softeners, fabric conditioners.

there should be a compartment on the front that you pull out to pour the bleach.

Based on what you`re describing you need a major ocerhaul...or at the very least a rear bearing and inner basket assembly.

This is a major job any way you slice it, however if you want to attempt or are capable of performing the repair I can send you a complete service manual via email.

That means you`ll need to reply to me here and post your email address and I`ll send it in a "pdf" attachment.

I would recommend an authorized B/S/H/ service provider though as it is quite involved, but that`s not my place to say if you feel you can do it.

you could try to replace individual bearings and the seals, but believe me it won`t save you much because either way the inner drum is going to be shot, specifically the spindle, and by the time you try to repair all that you may a well have done the outer tub & basket routs.
