Drum not spinning

Check the drain pump, look for debris. have a shop vac and some towels, also unplug it for safety. Access the drain pump on the front lower right corner. Bosch washers usually have a panel that is circle shaped. stick a paper clip in the little hole and rotate the circle counter clockwise. From there, the drain has a cap that can be unscrewed off. water will come out, so have a shop vac and towels handy. remove all the bad stuff that shouldn't be there. Usually you will find change.

Fabric Softner tray is full of water and won't

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
This is a common problem with many machines.
I suspect that it is the conditioner/softener tray which needs a thorough clean,
paying particular attention to the sentences in BOLD ;-0)
-------------------------------------
Remove the complete drawer. To do this you will have to do one of the following-
  • Top catch- push down the lip/catch at the middle rear and pull the drawer out (that's how our Bosch one is removed)
  • release the catches underneath (our daughter's Indesit) or
  • lift upwards on the tray as it is coming out to clear the lip underneath.
One of these should enable you remove it
(I am having to guess some of the following!)
Once out identify which tray is for the conditioner- the others are simply 'chutes' and open-ended.
It will normally have some sort of cover over it which you must remove to expose the little stuck up pipe/tube. On some models there is just a small individual cap over the tube. The tube is down which the conditioner and water should siphon. It is likely to be blocked by 'gunge'- a mix of powder and conditioner. The whole of the tray, particularly this pipe and the bit which fits over it, must be completely clean and clear for it to operate correctly. It is worthwhile checking fairly regularly.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hello, my axxis washer gets mold build up on the

Um...have fun. I have replaced two of them.

the way to keep the mold from growing in the future is to leave the door open so that you don't create that closed moist environment.

About the easist way to replace/change is to remove the front of the washer (I have completed w/o doing that but took a bit longer).

Make sure you keep an eye on how the old one comes off as some of them have drain pipes connected.

To remove:
There is a metal ring with a spring attached, simply streatch spring a bit at bottom of door and it should come right off. Do the same for the inside seal, that spring is at the top.

To install:

put the metal ring inside the grove of the gasket, then align gasket on the front. Pick an edge to start working around as you get closer to the top (I pick the lower right hand side to start working around. Make sure that your spring part of the metal ring is at the top where the one you replace was at.) once you get to a point you need to stretch the spring, this is where I use an 90 degree or more pick tool to get into the end of the spring. You need to make sure that you have the seal tight. Start pulling on the spring to stretching it so that can put the rest on. (You need to keep tension on the gasket so that the metal ring does not slide.)

Now to the front.

Just make sure that the spring part is at the bottom. When you took the otherone off, it was at the bottom. It has to go there as there is a groove. Once you get the metal part around the gasket push a bit on the spring and make sure it is in that goove.

To test, open and close your washer door a couple times. At first gently.

Hope this helps as they are a pain in the rear.

Also, here is a nice parts place for all your Bosch parts. www.repairclinic.com

The gasket was only about $75 to my door.

Wash cycle runs for a few seconds, then stops for

Depending on the cycle chosen, this may be perfectly normal for a front loader. I recommend reading the owner's manual to see if that is the case. I own an LG front loading washer, and it does the same thing when in a delicate or permanent press cycle. Try putting it on a heavy cycle. If you don't have an owner's manual for it, you can go to Bosch online and download the manual from the manufacturer.

Leaking- could be a hole in door gasket

First step with any leak find out exactly where the water is getting out if possible. You may find a gasket that is not sealing or damaged. Sometimes the door is not closing tightly enough against the gasket and will need to be adjusted. There are a number of other places on this machine that can leak thus the need to know exactly where it is coming from.

Flashing Active Light and not taking fabric conditioner

1: The flashing wash light usually indicates a problem with the door latch while a flashing rinse/spin light usually indicates a problem with your inlet valve. 2: The cold water inlet has 2 independant outlets. The issue that you are describing indicates that one part of the cold water inlet is not opening to allow water to flow to the proper dispenser port.

Washer drum doesn't spin, no draining of liquid

If you have got rid of all the water, and it still will not spin, then the odds are it is the brushes in the motor that need replacing.
Quite a common problem

Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 washer leaks

Hi. Check the doorseal by lifting the folded lip which faces toward the drum opening. Use a torch and carefully examine the doorseal. It may have a small hole which is hard to see at first.
If door seal is ok remove top of machine and check inlet valve. Turn power off and with your hand examine the inlet water valve. If it feels damp on the solenoid then it leaks from there and finds its way around to the front of the machine though the frame work. This leak happens due to to much water pressure at your laundry taps. If so install a pressure reducing valve before the water inlet hose and replace the water inlet valve in the machine as it is now faulty.
