Sterling Plumbing 1500D-36S "VISTA PIVOT" SHOWER DOOR - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Years ago I purchased a
Ace Hardware sells that door and you will need to see if they can order the parts but it looka like they sell the doors 36" size so when you order you will need to order for the Sterling Plumbing 1500D-36S "Vista Pivot" Shower Door Fits Openings 31 -1/4" To 36" H 66" . Now if you have not completely finished the shower you could always make the door opening fit what you have.

Very little pressure/flow rate at all hot tap
where the cold water goes into the hot water heater (marked cold) there should be a "shut off" valve, close it then open it,...sounds like there is something stuck inside "before" all taps,.meaning your taps are fine,...things can get stuck in that one shut-off,....if this does nothing to rectify problem write me back with type of hot water heater,...boiler (tankless) or a tank,...electric or indirect from boiler

I have a sliding shower door in my bath but
there is a good chance you won't find this part for a number of reasons,...you'd be best to either change the door (with a "basco" door, great company) of if your feeling some oats, make the part you need.

My shower (fiberglass) drain is leaking and needs
There are a few different drain styles available. If you pop the drain cover off of the shower, does it look like a brass ring pressed up against a rubber boot? If this is the case, that brass ring will have to unscrew first. if this is not the case, There will be a large nut on the underside of your shower that holds the drain in place. Often times, a helper is very beneficial to hold the top part of the drain assembly in place while the other person unscrews the bottom portion. You may say a few choice words during the process, as sometimes an older drain becomes hard to unscrew. There is a special tool for removing the drain, and it is relatively inexpensive. If the pvc is glued into the drain, a section of pipe will have to be cut away to get the tool around the strainer nut. Plan on replacing the trap and strainer. If it is pvc, you will need a coupling, trap, plumbers putty to go around the strainer where it meets the base of the shower, a new strainer, and possibly a couple street 45's and a couple of 45's. Don't forget the glue, primer, and a short piece of pipe.

No water coming out of shower in master bath
Judy,
Depending on the the architect there may be shutoff valves located in a wall with an an access panel covering them as the past owner may not have used the appliance often. Assuming you have owned this unit for some time and it suddenly quit working you may have a defective stem on a single handle unit. Their are also some valves that have shutoff screws located beneath the cover plate which may also be the problem. If you can provide more info such as how long you have had the unit, when it stopped working, and type of valve and model I may be able to assist you better. Lok forward from hearing from you and thanks for using Fix Ya.

I want to start my plumbing company in toronto, what I will do?
I
think you need to talk to a lawyer or a CPA to find out what to do.
You'll need to decide what form your business will take - corporation
(and what class), partnership, or sole proprietorship. You'll need to
know where to file what forms - incorporation, tax forms, registrations,
etc. You'll need to know what areas you will set up policies for - ie,
treating employees, buying health insurance for them and yourselves or
not; you'll need to know what kinds of bank accounts you'll need; you'll
need to decide on accounting procedures. You will get more information
in hear about Toronto plumbing company.

What is a meat tenderizer?
This is used to tenderize meat before you cook it. It makes the meat easier to chew and digest. You can also use it before you boil or fry meat. You can do this mechanically, with something like a meat mallet that cuts up the meat fibres. You can do it thermally by putting the temperature really high to break down the connective tissue of the meat. The last method is enzymatic and uses enzymes to break down the collagen. This method is either slow with dry-aging the meat or you can use fruit to marinate the meat.
