Replace hollow gasket vista-pivot ii shower door
Usually the bottom of most framed doors has a chanel which contain door sweep or hollow gasket, all you have to do is pull it and slide the new one in the same place.
Please note that some times the end of the chanel is crimped to prevent the gasket to move in and out of the track.
I hope this will help.

We have drilled a 3/16"
If you used the correct drill size, the anchors should fit in the hole by softly taping them in with a hammer. Make sure the anchors are inserted before you attach anything to them. When the screw is used with them, they will expand and hold in place.

Can't get the plastic anchors
If you are using the cone shaped anchors and you're sure you have the right size hole drilled then just use a small hammer to tap them into place so that small flange on the front rim of the anchor is back tight against the shower wall. When you are tightening screws in be careful to not overtighten or you will cause anchors to slip . Hope this helps. Thank you

Have a two handle Sterling
The part # you supplied is for a shower door and has no bearing to your question. There is no relationship. However, I can say there is no adjustment for any two handle shower stem or even single handle stem. Very rarely will just replacing an "O" ring stop a drip unless it it from through the stem itself and comes out under the handle. When in doubt replace the whole stem...shortcuts will only exasperate the problem. There are no shortcuts in plumbing.

I suggest that you take the old washers with you to the store, there are miniture differences between and close does not cut it. With the old ones with you, you can be sure.

I installed a new bathtub
Please clarify - you said it's a pivoting door but also said it doesn't slide smoothly - can't really do both at the same time. If it's a typical bypass sliding door then you should be able to make an adjustment to the hanging brackets on the offending door to raise it up off the track. If all else fails the header track can be raised thereby making the doors hang higher and off the track attached to the tub surround.

Just changed my bathtub/shower valves water flow changes
check out "askaplumber.com". I think there are individual adjusters for those valves. also suggest contacting customer service for the brand you installed---my experience with the major brands is that they are usually quite helpful

Looking to buy (gasket) for edge of glass
This is not a specialty store. This is a general internet forum. And people who answer are scattered across the planet. Try checking for a local plumbing store and call them.
