Anchor won't fit in suggested drill size
If you are not using a masonry bit then you need to increase th size to 1/4 ".
The reason why is with masonry bits it will say 3/16 but you are actually making a hole 1/4" with the tip of the bit.
Good luck and please rate 4 thumbs for the free answer

Need to replace drip cap on bottom of door
o.k. these are usually attached with a double sided tape,...you need to get something like a scraper or the like and get in between it and the door,..go slow and pry it off,...SLOWLY! once you get the old one off, you'll need to clean surfaces with a rag and rubbing alcohol,....(very important for new one to stick),.....take your time with this operation,..it doesn't look like much but trust me, i've worked on many shower doors and patience IS your best friend,....again, go slow and pay attention to ALL details.

Sterling shower faucet
The problem is that the supply lines feeding that faucet are reversed. That is the cold supply line is feeding the hot side of the faucet and the hot supply line is feeding the cold side.
The fix is to reverse the supply lines where ever they can be most easliy accessed.
