I have a kohler one

Try cleaning the surface of the drain hole where the flapper fits. There might be crud causing it to not seal. Sometimes the flapper itself is not large enough (or too large) to properly fit the hole. If no good you might try weighting the flapper. Not easy to do. You'll have to pull the flapper, dry it completely find the right adhesive place the weight just right. And hope that works. Good Luck...

When my toilet fills back up it makes a sort-of

it's the fill valve that squeaks. Sometimes a slight adjust to the water level works, but most of the time it needs to be replaced

We have a san raphael

Sounds like the flapper is leaking water out of the tank. The flapper is the rubber valve that comes up and down every time you pull the flush lever. It is located in the tank at the bottom in the center. Very cheap part to replace.. Just turn the water off to the stool, take the top of the tank off, hold the flush lever down until all the water is out of the tank, reach in to the tank, disconnect the flush chain from the flapper, and disconnect the flapper arms holding to the stem. You can buy a flapper at any hardware store even at wal mart. Hope this helps.

Our single piece Kohler toilet

The flapper on these toilets is a water saver. The water saver flappers can be replaced with a standard flapper and I have found this will help considerably. The flapper is located in the tank at the center bottom. It is the part that flaps up and down when you pull the lever.

Had a quick clean toilet

Not a major task, though perhaps accomplished in an uncomfortable position. If the bolts are stripped, and won't come off, and you can't get a saw under the rim to cut off the bolts, take a drill and drill down through the bolt from on top.

This will weaken the plastic bolt enough in order for you to break it off. Another way is to use a Dremel tool with a grinding wheel to cut off the bolts.

Check here additional installation details: onlinecatalog/pdf/1070416_2 pdf

Hope helps.

Long Term ( 3-4 day ) Tank Leaks From Rear Vent Holes

There's probably a small crack or very small hole in the overflow tube. Turn off the water supply to the toilet and empty the tank. Look very carefully for any crack or hole in the tube. You can replace the tube, but that requires taking the tank off or repairing the leak with a sealant.

How do I do a factory reset on a Kohler Hatbox toilet please?

I have never heard of a toilet that needs an electronic reset, but it appears it is as simple as just disconnecting the power for 10 minutes. It does sound though are yours has a failing flush valve. I managed an airport lounge and we had dozens of electronic toilets and we had to keep a box of spares for them and just put new parts in them including complete control boards. We also kept a box of batteries. https://www.google.com/search?q=kohler+hatbox+toilet+factory+reset ..

Kohler Whirlpool jets are weak.

Kohler has good support. You can view the diagrams for that unit with the link I am posting. There are no filters listed in the diagram that might need to be cleaned. There is a chance that the unit has developed a clog from hair etc in the pump impellor. The flange may have come loose and is allowing air in the suction side of the pump too. Kohler has online chat and support numbers you can call too. K-1357-RA ' Devonshire 5-Foot Whirlpool with Apron and Right Drain ' KOHLER

How to change the battery in the kohler veil toilet?

The only batteries are in the docking station. If the remote is attached to the docking station, take that off and set it aside. Next, carefully lift the docking station up and out from the mounting bracket. Look at the back of the docking station, push the two tabs outwards (away from each other) simultaneously to open the battery compartment cover. Replace the batteries (4 AAs) in the correct orientation. Reinstall the cover. Then replace the docking station on the mounting bracket and put the remote back on the dock if desired. These directions are shown in the Homeowner's Guide (without the service parts) available on the product page: https://www.us.kohler.com/us/veil-intelligent-comfort-height-skirted-one-piece-elongated-dual-flush-toilet/productDetail/toilets/1120267.htm . Scroll down to the Installation section to find the link to the document. The current link to this guide is https://www.us.kohler.com/webassets/kpna/catalog/pdf/en/1226974_5.pdf . I hope this helps. The brand of toilet doesn't matter. You need a product that cuts calcium and lime. It may take some soaking and scrubbing. Once you get it clean, use the product regularly. CLR makes a line of products: https://clrbrands.com/en-US/Products/CLR-Household/CLR-Calcium-Lime-Rust-Remover
