RE: Richmond EcoNet shows "Water Sensor Alarm". How do I reset it?
For the water heater leak detection alarm, make sure that there is no water left near the water heater. (Fix any existing leaks.) Then press and hold the Clear Alarm button on the water heater panel for 1 second. You should hear a beep and the alarm will be bypassed for 24 hours. If additional water is detected, then the alarm will be replaced with a service heater message. (Note: there is no clear alarm button on the App or the water heater shut-off valve.) See the manual for one of the Richmond Smart Water heaters here: https://static.globalimageserver.com/site/richmonddotcom/electricwaterheatinglanding/SmartElectricResidentialWHwithEcontrol.pdf . A manual for the add-on leak sensor and shut-off valve is available here: https://hw.menardc.com/main/items/media/RHEEM002/Install_Instruct/AP21850.pdf .
I hope this helps.

I have a protech 1220I THAT IS IN NEED OF REPAIR
Automatic battery chargers have complex circuitry that is difficult to test especially when designed and built in a compact package and repairs are best entrusted to someone geared to such work which is outside the scope of general electronics.
On the plus side, as long as the intelligent circuitry is protected against mains borne surges and spikes the automatic charger is somewhat self-protecting against over stress and will tend not to even attempt to charge a defective battery, a sulphated or overly discharged battery.
I suggest you first check the battery or batteries to ensure they are healthy and have some charge so the charger can "see" them before condemning the charger and also check the connections to the battery that must be virtually perfect...
