How do I remove a stuck bit from the chuck?

put the drill in a vice. then use the chuck key  and a hammer to release the bit.
 if necessary use wd40 spray to free up chuck.

I have an 18 volt B&D drill driver. Trigger will not activate the drill motor.

I have an 18V cordless drill/driver. When I tried

Chargers will out last batteries by a long time.You will need to get a new battery. Black & Decker is a cheap household brand and does not hold up for long periods of time. I have better brands and buy several new batteries every year.

OEM Replacement Parts DIY Repair eReplacementParts com Should have the parts but you will need to put in the model number. That will give you a schematic from where you can get the part and also order it from them. At times they will also have a video on how to make the repair.
