This sounds like the bypass (unloader) valve is sticking and the internal switch it activates is being held in a half open position. This will blow a fuse. It could also be loose wiring inside. If you ran it with an extension cord you may have weakened the fuse. Sorry, I cannot find a schematic anywhere. I think it is European, correct?
I have tried to use my Karcher washer model 411A
you have to lower the pressure at the lance for the detergent to be drawn into the hose. It works on a venturi principle.
on the lance you will have to twist or pull back the end for it to go into low pressure mode.
the easiest way to check it is working is to take out the lance extension , the bit that fits into the trigger on a bayonet fitting. run the machine and see if it then draws in detergent.
If it doesnt draw detergent then look to see if there is a detergent valve fitted to the filter that goes into the bottle and check that it is fully open. sometimes ther is a non return valve fitted into the filter too.
it could be that this non return valve has stuck. A poke with a bit of stiff wire should free it off its seat if it is that problem.
hope this helps a little

Scotts lawn mower 21995x8b manual
I'm guessing you have fixed this or given up after 13.5 years, but here is my suggestion for the next person who has this trouble. If you ran it out of fuel and left it over the winter, it could have a drop of fuel that hardened and plugged one of the fuel ports in the carburetor. I have had this happen and needed to remove the fuel bowl and poke the dried film with a pin. Put it back together and it started right up.

Where can i find choke cable for 422707 model # riding mower.
Do not know what brand that is, but you can find choke cables at lowes, amazon .com. or any number of small engine repair shops depending on where you live. An after market cable could be easier to find and work just as well.

What are the advantages of using HDPE pond liner sheets for constructing a pond?
Here are the advantages of using HDPE pond liner sheets for constructing a pond:
- Durability and Puncture Resistance: HDPE is a tough material that can withstand wear and tear. It's resistant to punctures from rocks, roots, or other sharp objects that might be present in the soil under your pond. This translates to a long lifespan for your pond liner, minimizing the need for replacements.
- UV Resistance: Unlike some materials that degrade under sunlight, HDPE liners are UV resistant. This means they won't become brittle or break down over time when exposed to the sun, ensuring the liner lasts for many years.
- Chemical Compatibility: HDPE is non-toxic and resistant to many chemicals. This makes it safe for fish and plants in your pond, and it won't leach harmful chemicals into the water if you need to treat the pond with certain substances.
- Suitable for Large Ponds: HDPE liners come in large sheet sizes, making them ideal for constructing bigger ponds. The large sheet size reduces the need for seams, which can be weak points in a liner, and simplifies the installation process for larger ponds.
- Relatively Easy Installation: While professional installation is always recommended, HDPE liners are lighter than some other pond liner options and can be workable for DIY projects. They can be welded together to create a secure seam, and their flexibility allows them to conform to the contours of your pond.
- Cost-Effective in the Long Run: Although the upfront cost of HDPE liners might be higher than some other options, their durability and low maintenance requirements make them a cost-effective choice in the long run. You won't need to replace them as often, and they can help prevent leaks that could damage your landscaping or require repairs.
