All air tools need regular, sparing application of tool oil to maintain the seals and minimize moisture damage. With the tool disconnected from the air line, drip one or two drops of air tool oil -- NOT motor oil or any solvent -- into the air connector. For PaperPro Prodigy. Best stapler I have used but after about 8 years the flat steel staple driver broke. To repair, remove the bottom by forcing it back, force the stapler halves apart with a flat screw driver and the top comes off. The springs and levers are on one half and they will not fly apart. I couldn't find the staple driver part (on the left) so go to the store and buy a new stapler.

I'm assuming your talking about drywall that was wet during a flood of some type? Recommend you remove all damaged drywall and using a straight edge and a utility knife this can be easily accomplished. After you cut and remove the damage, remove all screws or nails from the studs giving a good surface for the new drywall that your going to replace the damaged stuff with. Get that done and we can move onto taping and drywall compound repairs. Hope this helps.

In all ro systems filtering sea-water or brackish water, there should be much more waste water than potable water produced. You didn't say if the system is producing potable water. If you can give more information about your inlet water and the quality of your potable water quality I may be able to help.

Leaky seal most likely, or a broken spring, or worst a bad valve. Check the seal first, then the spring, then the valve. Always check the cheapest thing first.

Do you mean tremclad? You can either leave it alone and hope it eventually dries, or you can remove it and try again with the right kind of paint. tremclad was made for metal and rust, not cupboards. I suggest you wipe it off with a suitable solvent, perhaps acetone will work. Once you have as much off as possible, sand down the cupboards and paint with latex or even oil base house paint, or if you sand all the paint off you could use a stain. At any rate, use the right product for the job.
