If the signal goes through this chip I really hope it's no smd.
Change out this chip and check the capacitors around it; resistors too.
Have you tried a signal at the beginning of the actual pre-amp on your print? After this chip? Do you have a signal then? If so, it's obvious to be this chip. Succes.
Different online casinos have different policies. You'll have to ask the casino where you have the chips for their policy regarding transferring chips.
