Hard water, salt in in
Make sure there is not a "Salt Bridge" in salt tank. Salt tank should always be at least 1/2 full of salt.
You may have just run out of soft water, run 2 manual regenerations in 24hr period. If no soft water still. The eductor assembly is plugged with iron or sediment and needs to be cleaned out. The eductor assembly is where the brine is drawn through to regenerate the resin.

Getting discharge water at all times
The valve is stuck in regeneration. If a Culligan unit the main piston / sealpack is jammed and may need to be replaced. Bypass the unit to stop discharge. You can get a retrofit kit from Culligan that is designed to repair this issue.

Mark 100 has a
I removed the control panel and saw that it had a series of dip switches. All these dip switches were all positioned to the same side, this is the way it was installed.
I reset it by flipping all dip switches to the opposite side, then unplugged it for 10 seconds and plugged it back in. The LED the. Displayed something other than the "CS" code. With it still powered, I reset the dip switches to original setting and unplugged again for 10 seconds. When I plugged it back in, I was able to reprogram. I'm sit sure if this is how a service tech would reset the control, but it worked for me and my mark 100 has been running fine since. Good Luck

My culligan mark 100 soft -minder water softner salt tank overfills
First check the eductor assembly. Top of valve under chrome plate. Pull it out and clean it (after bypassing and depressurizing the system)If that is OK the the brine piston will need to be replaced. There is a rebuild kit for this series valve that is about $120 that includes the refill piston and a retrofit kit. It would be wise to rebuild the valve.See your local culligan dealerRJH2O

Culligan gold series alarm 1 error
Hope you got this fixed Oscar, Since you have a manual and everything you've tried hasn't worked consider it either broken or something has failed. Could be a filter element you can change or a sensor that has failed. I haven't found a manual to look at so don't know if this system has any parts you can check or change. Also could be a UV bulb if it has one or the timer that calculates the bulbs life. Sorry not much help.

Culligan water system not working.
If the unit is running to drain the sealpack needs to be replaced. Try unplugging it for 2 minutes then plug back in, it may clear code.
