Baught new charger on green light all the time

I would trust that the green light is telling me it is charging "all the time" and in that case DON'T leave it on too long. Go back and check how hot (changed up) the battery is then unplug the charger, better yet take it back to where you bought it for a replacement or get your money back.

I have a firestorm double

Take a volt meter and test the connections where the battery comes in contact with charger. If you have no voltage, then the charger has failed and needs to be replaced.

The charger for my Black

For the price a Dewalt costs, you can buy a few reconditioned cheap cordless drills and keep them all charged up. You will always have a standby. You can also check the pawn shops. With times like they are many people are getting rid of good stuff. You can find a great deat but always use a trustworthy pawn shop and get a receipt with the serial number on it. Theives like pawn shops, too.

With a multimeter set it to 12 volt dc and place the leads on the two parts that would be touching the battery. If you see voltage then it is a bad battery.

I have a 12V deep cycle battery for my RockWood

You'll have to figure out the approximate number of hours that you want to use each device (fan, light, etc.) and then find out for each device how much electric it uses (by checking the wattage). Here's a link to a calculator that will tell you how much each device will use.
http://www.alternate-energy.net/batteryamphours03.html

You will also need to know your battery's amp hour rating. In summary, take each device and calculate its run time and then subtract all of them from your batteries total run time.

In practicality, these are all theoretical calculations. If I were you, I would try a simulation of this in my backyard and see how well it works rather than trying this out for the first time in an environment where you have to have these devices. Good luck!

Charging light does not come on, is it working or

usually not, but could be one of the LED light burnt out though I don't believe so. Do you have a volt ohms meter that you can check voltage coming from the charger contacts to verify the operation.

The red and black clips have come off my battery

Do you have a volt ohms meter? If so you can test the wires and find the correct ones. If not you might want to look at the cord for any sign of polarity, last resort take the cover off the charger and look at the board for the positive terminal going to the cord and trace it out. That is all I can think of to help.

Aguired a black and decker model 7600 router tool.

They don't have an instruction manual online at the Black and Decker support site, but if you want a look at the exploded diagram, it's here.

Basically there's a collet nut that gets tightened down to hold the bit in place. You've got to loosen it up and you'll be able to pop bits in and out. You've got to have some way to lock the shaft while you're doing this though.

Most modern routers have a spring loaded shaft lock button. While you're holding it in, start turning the collet. When the shaft gets to the point where there's a little hole for the spring lock, you'll probably hear a little click, and the shaft will be locked so you can loosen the collet. If you take your finger off the shaft lock, it pops right back out again so hold it down while you're loosening and tightening.

If you don't see a shaft lock button, you may have a second hex nut at the base and with two wrenches, you can hold the hex nut and turn the collet loose that way.

If this answer was helpful, please give it a vote. Thanks.
