Make a solution out of vinagar and some water and then run it through your coffee machine. This should free up coffee grounds stuck in the pipe. If this does not free it up then you will need to take the bottom off with a Torx screwdriver to gain access so that you can clean it out.

This happened to me also. Try filling Reservoir with white vinergar, the tube that brings the water up to the filter might ge clogged with lime residue from your water.

Unplug the coffeemaker for 20 minutes OR LONGER (not a second less). While it is unplugged, fill the water reservoir with 1/2 caraffe distilled white vinegar and 1/2 caraffe water. At the end of the twenty minutes, replug the coffeemaker and brew the vinegar/water just like it was coffee. You may have to run it through up to 3 times. If the vinegar/water cleaning fails to restore the coffeemaker to normal, you have a deeper issue. This product has a 3-year warranty, so call Cuisinart if you are within your 3 years.

Plastic can absorb Stains, so you will need to use some kind of bleaching poduct. some products you can try individually:

• Baking soda
• Bleach
• Water
• Vinegar
• Rubbing alcohol

Dilute with luke warm water , except for Rubbing Alcohol Use some kind of tray which you don't mind if it gets bleach stains to protect your countertop. put the device on the tray. If you can't soak an item, try disconnecting the device, then wrapping a lightly soaked hand towel or paper towel over the area that is discolored Rinse with luke warm water, and make sure device has completely dried before reconnecting.

Many times this is a result of the coffee grind. To overcome this with some brands, I use an additional filter, put the desired amount of coffee in it, and then fold the sides over to make an envelope. Place the folded sides down and brew coffee. If any of the coffee gets out, the second filter should catch it.

Reserves usually has a overflow hole on back . If not you might look for leaks around bottom were reserve meets up with coffee maker. Maybe leaking there.
