Hi just wondering what the screw looks like as I have an old one of these that the screw went missing out of years ago. I'd like to replace it but need to know length and diameter of the screw if you could please?

Several possibles: 1) Load exceeded circuit amps. Breaker tripped. 2) Load exceeded saw amps. Reset tripped. 3) Wiring failure in saw. 4) Wiring failure in supply. Time to start checking. Note- if the blade is dull or the load on the saw is too great it will trip one of the breakers.

Haha turned a short cord from cable to switch one of the contact wires can come loose, look at your grip Bosch has ever more frequently had this strange unexpected problem but if it is something it is a very easy problem, but usually very easy to fix itself. sometimes it a used cable haspel connector.

Hi John: Depends on which side of the spindle it is mounted on. Give this a try: - Unplug the saw - Set a piece of wood on the table as if you were going to cut it, and slide it into the blade so that it jams the teeth. - Use your wrench to rotate the nut in the direction of rotation. That should loosen it.. Cheers.

counterclockwise in the same direction as the little arrow you show as the sawblade turns around. if you look at your handle look near that you will see on the metal part of the motor house a metal ,a 90 degrees bent metal bracket which protrudes, pust on this and turn slowly the sawblade then you feel on am short moment and push it as far as you can then its locking the blade , then you turn the bolt counterclockwise and The bracket itself bounces back.
