The timer motor is 60Hz 208-277VAC and will require voltage up convert from 115VAC to operate.

Any conventional electrical supply house will be able to order one. That said; The alternate way (and likely less expensive) for immediate use is to purchase the whole panel at a big box store. Remove breaker from panel and install in old. Look up bolt torque spec from mfg website and set with a torque wrench. Unless you have an odd ball panel.

I use this method for other components as well, rather than demo, replace, repair/paint. Seems a shame to throw out a perfectly good cabinet, but it saves time/$s.

I'm thinking that the rectifier inside the charger has a dead short or a winding of the transformer has developed a short. Either way, it's time for a new charger.

Suspect throttle linkage. Try setting choke to start even when warm/hot.

No it's AVR issue. Check the field coil connections first. See if the coil's connections are not broken. if that's okay then check the voltage on AVR input terminals.

You do not, there is no fuse. Refer to the instructions that came with unit, for troubleshooting.

Sounds like the charger section of your AIMS inverter has a short. You can open the cover of the AIMS and see if a component or wire looks hot or burned. While disconnected, use an ohm meter and see if you can find a short starting with the input terminals to the charger section.

If the AIMS is producing power through the inverter side of the device, It would mean their is either a defective breaker on your load panel, or a short in your load.

Take the carburetor apart and clean it. Then put a new correctly gapped spark plug in it. You should not need to use starter fluid.
