Ingerroll rand 2132g how do I oil my air impact

Most I.R. impacts require grease in the hammer mechanism (clutch) and oil in the air motor. To lubricate the air motor simply add oil through the air inlet about 3 to 6 drops at every use. To lubricate the hammer (clutch) mechanism you will need a grease gun with a needle, the grease fitting (item# 17) is located on the hammer case assembly (item# 15) 2 or 3 small squirts will sufficiently lube the hammer (clutch) mechanism. With heavy use grease the tool once a month, with light use 2 to 3 times a year. Follow this link for the parts list, also indicates the grease needed: http://manualarchive.ingersollrandproducts.com/ir_pdfs/Tools/Vehicle%20Service%20Tools/Air%20Impact%20Tools/80164726_ed4.pdf

HOW DO I OIL THIS IMPACT WRENCH ?

Pretty much all air impacts are oiled through the air inlet fitting, use 3 to 6 drops this will lubricate the air motor, oil the tool with every use. Now on the side of the tool you might see a hex plug near the middle or in the front of the tool and might be labeled OIL, that is the one that lubricates the hammer (clutch) mechanism, use a light to medium oil SAE20 or SAE30, this needs to be checked once a month with heavy use or 2 to 3 times a year with light use.

I have a husky impact wrench, set at 100psi, but

get some air tool oil and put it in the hose connection and manually turn the socket end by hand, the air vanes have frozen in place and can't hold the air in to operate the unit, make sure when you do this squeeze thge trigger to let the oil into the units barrel, then connect to an air supply and try it,you may need to help get it started by hand, then let it run and add some more air tool oil again to keep it lubed

Is it normal for oil to spray out of the front of

Yes. Every air tool has an exhaust. On impact wrenches this is usually on the front. Oil is necessary to lubricate the tool and it is delivered through the tool on the same path as the air. But maybe you don't need quite so much oil. If you are trying to keep those nice wheels clean, you can loosely hold a rag over the exhaust. Or some devices have a means to re-direct the exhaust.

Where is the o-ring for the air intake

The problem is in the trigger valve and is a very common problem with these and other brand, some even do that when new! Most people just live with it but you can dissassemble the gun and try.
